A call list built from dates rather than opinions. It holds a name, a way to reach them and when they were last seen, applies the interval you set, and sorts by how far past due — furthest first. Nothing else, on purpose.

What Recall Sheet solves
Working out who is due back is a date calculation, and it stays a date calculation here. The Recall Sheet takes the interval the practice has decided on — with a different one for any individual who needs it — applies it to when each person was last seen, and sorts by how far past that date they are, furthest first. That is the only ordering it applies, and it comes from a date rather than from a judgement about the person. It deliberately does not score anybody on how likely they are to book, rank them by what they are worth, or suggest a best time to call: each of those is a guess about a person dressed up as arithmetic. The fields are a name, a contact and a date, with nothing clinical and nothing about why — a practice using this is keeping a call list rather than a record, and the field list is what keeps it one. A person with no date to count from, or no way to be reached, is named rather than quietly dropped from the list.
