The number is not a promise about what software would save you. It is the size of the problem, which is the only honest thing a calculator can tell you. What a build would actually change depends on what gets built, and that is what the first conversation is for.

The first conversation is free and it can happen at your counter. If there is nothing worth building I will say so — that is a shorter conversation and it costs you nothing either way. If there is, builds start at $2,500. That is a floor, not a quote. What yours costs is agreed before any work begins.
