What this site collects.

The short version

The only thing this site collects about you is what you type into the contact form and press send. The tools do not collect anything at all — they run entirely in your browser, and nothing you type into one is sent anywhere, stored by anyone, or seen by me. That is not a policy I could quietly change later; it is how they are built.

When you use the contact form

It asks for your name, your email address, optionally your business, and your answers to four short questions about the work. That is emailed to me. I read every one myself — there is no sales team and no customer-relationship system it lands in.

One thing worth being exact about. A moment before that email is sent, what you wrote is also written to this site's own server log at Cloudflare. That exists so a message is not simply lost if the email fails to send, which is the only way I would ever know you had tried. Cloudflare keeps those logs for a limited period and then discards them. It is a safety net rather than a record I go looking through.

I keep those emails for as long as they are useful, and I do not add you to any mailing list. There is no newsletter here to be signed up to.

The form is delivered by Resend, an email service, and the site runs on Cloudflare. Both handle your message only in order to deliver it.

When you use one of the tools

Nothing leaves the page. No account, no login, no upload. Even a spreadsheet you drop into one is read by the page itself and never sent. Every tool on this site says so on its own panel, and it is true of all of them.

When we meet on a video call

A call runs through Daily, a video service, and the picture and sound pass through their servers to reach us both. That is how any browser video call works — two computers on ordinary networks cannot usually reach each other directly.

I record only if I ask you first. If a call is being recorded, your screen shows an indicator the whole time, so you never have to take my word for it. A recording is stored by that same video service, and I delete it when it has done its job. Say no and we simply talk — nothing about the call depends on it.

If you pay me

Payments are handled by Stripe, whether I send you an invoice or you pay for something here directly. They get your name, your email address and the amount, because that is what an invoice needs.

Your card details go to Stripe and never to this site or to me. Paying happens on a page Stripe runs, not on a page I built, so the numbers never pass through anything of mine. That is not a policy I could quietly change later — it is a term in every agreement I sign with a client.

What is counted

I count how often certain links get clicked — which pages people open, which tools get tried. That count records what was clicked, not who clicked it. Alongside it the site records which country you are in, which arrives with the request rather than being asked for, and the name of the site that sent you here. That is the site's name on its own — youtube.com, never the video you were watching or the words you searched for.

There is also a small counting script from Cloudflare on every page. It records how many times a page was opened, which site a visitor came from, and how quickly the page drew. I use it to tell whether my own pages are fast. It sets no cookie, it does not identify you, and it cannot follow you anywhere else.

There is no advertising tracker on this site, no product building a profile of you, and nothing here is sold or shared with anyone for advertising.

Anyone else watching

No. No other company can watch what you do here, or follow you from this site to other sites over time. The only outside services this site touches are the ones named on this page, each doing one job, and none of them is in the advertising business.

"Do not track"

Some browsers can send a "do not track" request to every site you visit. This site does not respond to it, and the honest reason is that there is nothing for it to switch off. The thing that signal exists to stop — being followed from site to site and profiled — is not something this site does to anyone, with or without the request.

Cookies

This site sets none of its own. It does keep one thing in your browser while the tab is open: a random number with nothing attached to it, so that a handful of clicks in one visit can be counted as one visit rather than several. It is thrown away the moment you close the tab, it is not a cookie, and it says nothing about who you are.

What I will never do

Sell your information. Share it for advertising. Pass it to anyone except the services named above that are needed to deliver your message to me.

Asking me to delete it

Email me and ask what I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. I will do it and reply within 30 days. You do not have to give a reason.

Children

This site is not aimed at children under 13, and I do not knowingly collect anything from them.

Security

I take reasonable care with what I hold. No website can promise perfect security and I am not going to pretend otherwise. If something ever went wrong involving personal information, I would tell the people affected and the North Carolina Attorney General, as state law requires.
