AI, applied across a manufacturing operation
I shape where and how AI gets applied across a large manufacturer’s North America supply chain — reading the operation closely enough to point AI at the problems that actually move the needle, then seeing the build through. The tools on this site are the de-identified proof of that instinct: the same read on plan stability, inbound flow, and master-data health, turned into software people use.
Growing AppliedIQ’s live toolset
22 working tools now: 14 built for a small local business — a night's tips, a back bar, a rate card, a call list — plus demand and planning, inbound and inventory, and master data and parameters at industrial scale. Each one is a real app on synthetic data, built for a single specific problem. The set grows as new problems prove worth solving in the open — another working app you can open and use, never a slide.
Tailoring around big systems
The problem this is built for: an established operation moving mountains to make a big-name system do one specific thing. The platform stays — what gets built is the tool, process, or integration that makes it fit how you actually run, not the average company the software was designed for.
Full-stack apps, secured and deployed
The tools here start as single-file apps — the next step is standing them up as real software: user sign-in and access control, a Postgres database behind them, built for a whole team and deployed on the Abacus.ai platform. Production-shaped, not a prototype in a browser tab.

From tool to owned system
The direction the work points: a single tool today, and — when you’re ready for it — the full custom system your business runs on and owns outright. No license, no subscription, no lock-in.
More tools on the shelf
The tools built for a small local business are narrow on purpose — one job each, and the rule inside each one belongs to that business rather than to its whole trade. They run entirely in your browser, which is what makes them yours to keep: nothing you type or drop into one leaves the page.
Further out: deeper into the industrial stack
The long horizon, and named as one rather than as an offer: extending the work onto the platform layer of the enterprise system that industrial work runs on, and putting AI assistance inside the workflows people there actually use. This is what keeps the ceiling high on everything else here. It is not what gets built for a business on Middle Street.

The whole identity inverted in an evening — dark indigo to a warm oyster ground, a new display face, and the neural backdrop replaced by two currents meeting, which is New Bern’s own geometry.

A shelf of narrow tools for small local business — nine of them over five arithmetic engines, each one page, each running entirely in the browser on invented data. Built because the one local demo that existed had its category closed by a platform in March 2026.

Every tool delivered twice from one build: a hosted copy in the client’s own account, and a single file they keep forever that opens from their own disk with no internet at all. Measured working in Chromium, Firefox and WebKit.

Every numeric field on the shelf was destroying what you typed — 5000 became 5.00 — and every gate was green, because a test that sets a value is not a person entering one. Fixed at the shared input, then the tests were taught to press keys.

Nine checks that used to run only when somebody remembered to type them now run on every push: the arithmetic behind every tool, the colour contrast, the click counter, the redirect map, and the offline files across three browser engines.
