What I’m building now.

Live work, in motion — what’s on the bench, the recent builds you can already use, and what’s shipping next. All of it aimed at the same thing: putting real, owned AI tools in the hands of the businesses ready to harness them.

/ 01 In motion now

AI, applied across a manufacturing operation

Day to day, I help shape where and how AI gets applied across a large manufacturer’s North America supply chain — reading the operation closely enough to point AI at the problems that actually move the needle, then seeing the build through. The tools on this site are the de-identified proof of that instinct: the same read on plan stability, inbound flow, and master-data health, turned into software people use.

Growing AppliedIQ’s live toolset

7 working tools now, across demand and planning, inbound and inventory, and master data and parameters — each a real app on synthetic data, built for one specific operational problem. The set grows as new problems prove worth solving in the open: another working app you can open and use, never a slide.

Tailoring around big systems

The problem this is built for: an established operation moving mountains to make a big-name system do one specific thing. The platform stays — what gets built is the tool, process, or integration that makes it fit how you actually run, not the average company the software was designed for.

Full-stack apps, secured and deployed

The tools here start as single-file apps — the next step is standing them up as real software: user sign-in and access control, a Postgres database behind them, built for a whole team and deployed on the Abacus.ai platform. Production-shaped, not a prototype in a browser tab.

/ 03 The lab

What I build for myself.

The fastest read on a builder is what they build when nobody’s paying. These run every day.

Live — this system is running now

A personal AI-agent stack

Always-on agents running on a hardened private server: message-driven assistants I use from my phone, scheduled jobs that watch and report, and a private knowledge vault behind zero-trust access. Built, secured, and operated end to end — the same shape of system a business would own.

An AI build system, not just a tool

A private library of custom skills and operating doctrine that turns AI coding into a repeatable build system — the tooling behind how a pain point becomes deployed software in hours. Every project sharpens the system that builds the next one.

This site — you’re inside the proof

AppliedIQ itself is a personal full-stack build: static site, a Cloudflare Worker backend, a live AI assistant wired to the Anthropic API, and a digital business card that installs like an app. Everything this site claims about shipping real software, demonstrated on the surface you’re reading it on.

/ 04 On the roadmap

What’s shipping next.

Two directions: taking the work up the stack — from tools that sit beside the enterprise system to AI built inside it — and taking more of it public, under my own name.

SAP-native, not SAP-adjacent

Extending the work onto SAP’s own Business Technology Platform (BTP) — so the tools plug into SAP directly instead of running beside it: integration, extensions, and AI where the ERP data already lives. Early groundwork underway.

AI inside the SAP workflow

SAP Joule — SAP’s generative-AI copilot — is next on the horizon: hands-on development to put AI assistance inside the SAP flow itself, not bolted on beside it.

From tool to owned system

The direction the work points: a single tool today, and — for the businesses ready for it — the full custom system they run on and own outright. No license, no subscription, no lock-in.

The person behind the practice

AppliedIQ is the practice — next comes the builder. A personal brand and projects site under my own name is in build now: a home for the builds, experiments, and ideas that reach beyond operational software. Launching soon.

/ 05 The ship log

“Hours, not quarters” — receipted.

Every row below is a real commit in this site’s repository. The timestamps are git’s own — machine-recorded when the work shipped, not written for marketing. This is the cadence the practice runs at, on its own product.

1 autonomous pipeline
  1. Jun 21, 2026 · 01:09 ET 3a12614 built

Site scaffolded — design tokens, layouts, the bones every page since hangs on.

  2. Jun 21, 2026 · 01:47 ET 2f5c65d ported

Three live tools running on the site — 38 minutes after the scaffold commit. Ports of finished builds — the speed of the port is the point.

  3. Jun 21, 2026 · 14:12 ET 79e16e3 shipped

Launched — custom domain live with real copy, the same day the repo was created.

  4. Jun 27, 2026 · 11:04 ET 3b4df76 built

Home rebuilt into the full consulting site; the contact form was delivering real email within the hour.

Brand identity — the iQ mark and the firing-synapse neural backdrop — designed, compared, and live in one evening.

  6. Jun 30, 2026 · 09:43 ET a79f593 ported

Three more live tools in one morning — the portfolio goes 3 → 6.

AI Signal — the autonomous daily news desk — built and seeded the same evening, an hour after the blog shipped.

  11. Jul 7, 2026 · 06:10 ET f3ff488 autonomous

First fully-unattended news sweep — researched, written, gated, and committed by the cloud pipeline with no human in the loop. (The living proof is /ai-news/ itself — its readout updates daily.)

  12. Jul 7, 2026 · 08:54 ET ba05255 built

A private, access-gated admin console — paste-to-publish for blog and news.

  13. Jul 13, 2026 · 15:39 ET 61a1109 shipped

The flagship goes live — Confirmation Outlook, a deployed risk service answering which orders miss their date next week. Its own page here, the running app at demo.appliediqsolutions.com.

Generated from the repository by a script that refuses to emit a row it can’t verify against git (as of 9710faa). The working repo is private, so the hashes above aren’t externally clickable; a sanitized single-snapshot mirror (current code, no history) is public at github.com/AceP2317/appliediqsolutions-site.
